Ingredients

Fresh chopped herbs (thyme, parsley, sage, tarragon…)1 bunch
Crushed garlic1-2 cloves
Grated lemon zest1 lemon
CBD oil4-8 drops
Farm-raised turkey~3 kg
Herbs and orange wedges for stuffingTo taste

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 200°C (fan-assisted).
2. Pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
3. Mix butter, herbs, garlic, lemon zest, and CBD oil.
4. Gently slide half the butter under the skin, spread the rest on the surface.
5. Stuff the cavity with herbs and orange wedges.
6. Roast the turkey 45 min/kg. After 20 min, reduce temperature to 160°C.
7. Baste regularly with the pan juices to maintain golden skin and juicy meat.
8. For gravy, collect juices, deglaze with stock or white wine, strain and reduce.
9. Slice and serve hot with stuffing and flavorful gravy.
