Mushroom Risotto with CBD

| Fresh mushrooms | 250 g |
| Shallot | 1 |
| Parmesan | 40 g |
| Olive oil | 15 mL |
| CBD oil | 8 drops |

Preparation
1. Set your Cookeo to “Sauté” mode. Add olive oil and sauté the sliced mushrooms with the minced shallot for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Add the rice and toast lightly for 2 minutes to develop the aroma.
3. Pour in the vegetable broth and switch to “Pressure Cook” mode for 15 minutes. The rice will become perfectly creamy and flavorful.
4. At the end of cooking, stir in the grated Parmesan and CBD oil. Mix gently so the flavors blend harmoniously.
