Grilled Cheese Sandwich with CBD
We love this American classic, combining cheddar and Gruyère cheeses for a delicious, melty CBD sandwich.

| Unsalted butter | 15 g |
| CBD butter | 10 g |
| Dijon mustard | 10 mL |
| Crusty bread | 8 slices |
| Cheddar | 4 slices |
| Gruyère | 4 slices |
| Olive oil | 15 mL |
Preparation
1. In a small bowl, mix the butter, CBD butter, and Dijon mustard. Spread this mixture on all 8 slices of bread.
2. On 4 slices, layer one slice of cheddar and one slice of Gruyère.
3. In a large nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
4. Cook all 8 slices until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
5. Assemble the sandwiches, cut in half, and serve warm.
