Garden CBD Pizza
Our version of the salad pizza combines two delights in one easy-to-make meal: salad and pizza.

| Store-bought pizza crust | 1 (20 cm) |
| Extra-virgin olive oil | 30 mL (divided) |
| Salad greens | 100 g |
| Bell peppers, chopped | 60 g |
| Red onion, chopped | 30 g |
| Balsamic vinegar | 30 mL |
| Salt | To taste |
| Freshly ground black pepper | To taste |
| CBD oil | 10 mL |
| Goat cheese (optional) | 30 g |
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Place the crust on a baking sheet and drizzle 15 mL of olive oil on top. Bake according to package instructions.
3. In a medium bowl, combine the salad greens, bell peppers, and onion. In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, salt, and pepper, then whisk in the remaining 15 mL of olive oil and CBD oil.
4. Pour the dressing over the greens and toss well.
5. Top the baked crust with the dressed salad and goat cheese, if desired.
