CBD Raclette
This convivial and warming raclette is perfect with a modern twist by adding CBD. Ideal for evenings with friends or family, this recipe combines traditional raclette flavors with the relaxing benefits of CBD.

| Traditional raclette cheese | 1000 g |
| Firm potatoes | 800 g |
| Assorted charcuterie (ham, air-dried beef, rosette) | 300 g |
| Pickles and vinegar onions | As desired |
| CBD oil | 1–2 drops per serving |
| Black pepper and mountain herbs | To taste |
Preparation
1. Cook the potatoes: Wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender. Drain and keep warm.
2. Prepare the accompaniments: Arrange charcuterie, pickles, and onions on a serving tray.
3. Heat the cheese: Slice the raclette cheese thickly and melt it using a traditional raclette grill.
4. Add the CBD: Just before serving, add 1–2 drops of CBD oil per portion. Do not heat directly.
5. Serve: Place a portion of melted cheese on each plate with potatoes. Sprinkle black pepper and herbs. Guests can add charcuterie and condiments as desired.
