CBD Gravlax Salmon
Homemade gravlax salmon combines Scandinavian tradition with a modern CBD twist. Silky, delicate, and infused with a balanced blend of salt, sugar, fresh herbs, spices, and CBD oil, this recipe is perfect for a refined festive appetizer.

| Fresh salmon fillet (sashimi quality) | 1 kg |
| Salt | 50 g |
| Sugar | 50 g |
| Fresh dill | 1 bunch |
| Black pepper or pink peppercorns | To taste |
| CBD oil | 2–4 drops |
Preparation
Pat the salmon dry and remove any bones using tweezers.
Mix salt, sugar, chopped dill, spices, and CBD oil until homogeneous.
Spread half the mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap, place the salmon flesh-side down, and cover with the remaining mixture.
Wrap tightly and refrigerate under a light weight for 24–48 hours.
Rinse briefly, pat dry, and slice very thinly before serving.
