CBD French Onion Soup Gratin

| Onions | 12 medium |
| Bread | 6 slices |
| Butter | 45 g |
| Flour | 15 g |
| Garlic | 2 cloves |
| Bay leaf | 1 |
| Broth | 1.5 L |
| Grated cheese | 60 g |
| Salt and pepper | To taste |
| CBD oil | Few drops |
Preparation
1. Peel and slice the onions. Sauté gently in butter for about 15 minutes until soft and golden.
2. Add flour and grated garlic. When the flour starts to lightly brown, pour in hot broth and add the bay leaf. Simmer for another 15 minutes on low heat, seasoning to taste.
3. Divide the soup into ovenproof bowls.
4. Place a slice of bread on each bowl, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes, until the cheese is golden.
6. Just before serving, add a few drops of CBD oil on top, respecting recommended doses.
