| Sugar | 150 g |

| CBD butter | 100 g |
| Heavy cream | 200 mL |
| Cocoa powder | 20 g |

| Praline (optional) | 50 g |
Preparation
Separate egg whites from yolks. Whisk yolks with sugar until pale, then add flour.
Beat egg whites with salt until stiff and gently fold into the batter.
Bake the sponge cake at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes, then roll while warm.
Prepare the chocolate ganache with cream, then add CBD butter off heat.
Spread ganache, roll the cake, glaze and decorate as desired.
