Baked Kuri Squash with CBD
Kuri squash, tender and slightly sweet, pairs perfectly with the relaxing properties of CBD. This simple and flavorful recipe is perfect for an autumn or winter dish.

| Olive oil | 60 mL |
| CBD oil | 30 mL |
| Garlic clove | 1, peeled and chopped |
| Fresh thyme | 1 sprig, leaves only |

Preparation
1. Wash the squash: Brush the skin under warm water to remove any dirt and dry with a clean towel.
2. Cut the squash: Remove the stem, cut in half, remove seeds, and slice into 2 cm pieces. For faster cooking, you can cube and peel it.
3. Prepare the marinade: Mix olive oil and CBD oil, add chopped garlic and thyme leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Coat the squash: Place the pieces in a bowl and pour the marinade over them. Mix gently to coat evenly.
5. Bake: Arrange pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake: slices 30–40 min, cubes 20–25 min, until tender and golden. Baste with remaining marinade.
6. Serving suggestions: Serve with a green salad and some nuts or seeds for crunch, or as a side to grilled meat or fish. Add a spoonful of cream before serving if desired. Enjoy warm to fully savor the flavors and relaxing effects of CBD.
