Roast Turkey with Herb Butter and CBD
Christmas turkey is a festive classic. This recipe combines herb butter with CBD for juicy meat, golden skin, and flavorful gravy.

| Unsalted or semi-salted butter, softened | 100 g |
| Fresh chopped herbs (thyme, parsley, sage, tarragon…) | 1 bunch |
| Crushed garlic | 1-2 cloves |
| Grated lemon zest | 1 lemon |
| CBD oil | 4-8 drops |
| Farm-raised turkey | ~3 kg |
| Herbs and orange wedges for stuffing | To taste |
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (fan-assisted).
2. Pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
3. Mix butter, herbs, garlic, lemon zest, and CBD oil.
4. Gently slide half the butter under the skin, spread the rest on the surface.
5. Stuff the cavity with herbs and orange wedges.
6. Roast the turkey 45 min/kg. After 20 min, reduce temperature to 160°C.
7. Baste regularly with the pan juices to maintain golden skin and juicy meat.
8. For gravy, collect juices, deglaze with stock or white wine, strain and reduce.
9. Slice and serve hot with stuffing and flavorful gravy.
