| Butter | 180 g |
| Baking powder | 1 sachet (10 g) |
| Eggs | 2 |
| Vanilla sugar | 1 sachet (10 g) |
| Sugar | 130 g |
| CBD flowers | 20 g |
| Salt | 1 pinch |
Preparation
1. Crumble the CBD flowers with a grinder.
2. Melt the butter in a pan, then add the crumbled CBD flowers.
3. Stir over low heat for about 30 minutes.
4. Strain the butter to separate the flowers and recover the cannabinoids.
5. Let the infused butter cool slightly.
6. Mix the eggs and sugars with the infused butter until smooth.
7. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
8. Combine the two mixtures to obtain a smooth dough.
9. Form dough balls.
10. Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
11. Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes, checking they don’t brown too much.
12. Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
