Chorizo, Goat Cheese & CBD Quesadillas
A reinvented quesadilla combining the spiciness of chorizo, the creaminess of goat cheese, and a hint of CBD for a unique culinary experience.

| Green onions (white & green), chopped | 100 g |
| Chorizo (remove casing and crumble) | 60 g |
| Creamy goat cheese | 60 g |
| CBD oil | 10 mL |
| Flour tortillas (6 inches) | 2 |
| Sour cream | Optional, for serving |
| Salsa | Optional, for serving |
Instructions
1. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add green onions and chorizo, crumbling the sausage with a spoon. Sauté until onions are tender and meat is fully cooked.
3. In a medium bowl, mix goat cheese and CBD oil. Add the chorizo mixture and combine well. Do not clean the skillet.
4. In the same skillet, heat one tortilla.
5. Spread the filling over the tortilla, leaving a 0.5 cm border, and place the second tortilla on top.
6. Cook the quesadilla, flipping once, until golden brown and crispy, about 5–7 minutes total.
7. Let the quesadilla rest for a few minutes before cutting in half and serving with sour cream and salsa, if desired.
