Carrot Cake with CBD

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 170 °C (340 °F). Grease two 9-inch (23 cm) square pans.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
3. In another bowl, combine the carrots, 75 g of pecans, oil, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
4. Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and mix until the batter is smooth.
5. Pour the batter into prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick.
6. Let the cakes cool in the pans.
7. For the frosting, beat cream cheese and CBD butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt, and beat until light and creamy.
8. Once the cakes are cooled, spread a layer of frosting on the first cake. Place the second cake on top and cover entirely with the remaining frosting. Decorate with remaining pecans.
