| CBD oil | 10 mL |
| Salt | 2 tsp |
| Pepper | 1 tsp |

| Cognac or Armagnac | 50 mL |
Preparation
1. Devein the foie gras: Separate the lobes and carefully remove veins. Let it reach room temperature and set aside.
2. Seasoning: Mix salt, pepper, and sugar, rub all over the foie gras. Pour cognac or Armagnac, massage gently, and marinate 12 hours in the fridge.
3. CBD oil infusion: Spread the CBD oil over all surfaces and wrap in plastic wrap.
4. Bain-marie cooking: Preheat oven to 80°C. Place foie gras in a terrine, then in a larger dish with hot water. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes.
5. Rest and serve: Let cool, refrigerate a few hours, then serve thin slices on toast or country bread with fig chutney or caramelized onions.
