1. Prepare the CBD infusion
Warm 300 mL of whole milk over low heat. When warm, add 8 g of CBD flowers (Strawbarry Haze). Bring to a gentle simmer and let infusion simmer lightly for about 30 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve to collect the infused milk. Reserve 300 mL for the batter.

Preheat oven to 210 °C (410 °F). Wash and pit the cherries. Butter a 24–26 cm (9–10 in) baking dish.

3. Make the batter
In a bowl, combine 100 g flour, 60 g granulated sugar, 8 g vanilla sugar and 1 g salt. Whisk in 4 eggs one at a time. Slowly pour in 300 mL CBD-infused milk while whisking until smooth. Add 40 g melted butter (of the 60 g) and mix.

4. Assemble and bake
Arrange 600 g cherries in the buttered dish. Pour the batter over them. Bake 10 minutes at 210 °C (410 °F), then reduce oven to 180 °C (355 °F) and bake 20 more minutes, until set and golden.

5. Finish and serve
Let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Serve warm or chilled.
