Gooey CBD Mac & Cheese

| Macaroni | 225 g |
| Vegetable oil | 5 mL |
| Butter | 60 g |
| CBD butter | 40 g |
| Flour | 15 g |
| Milk | 240 mL |
| Heavy cream | 240 mL |
| Salt | ½ tsp |
| Ground black pepper | 1 pinch |
| Grated cheddar | 225 g |
| Cheese biscuits | 50 g |
| Panko breadcrumbs | 50 g |
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 170 °C (340 °F). Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Cook the macaroni al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and toss with oil. Set aside.
3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and CBD butter. Stir in the flour and whisk.
4. Add the milk and cream, season, and cook 3–4 min until thickened.
5. Stir in 200 g of grated cheddar until smooth.
6. Mix the cooked macaroni into the sauce thoroughly.
7. Pour into a greased baking dish (22 × 33 cm / 9 × 13 in).
8. Combine remaining cheddar, crushed cheese biscuits, and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle on top.
9. Bake 30–40 min until golden and crispy.
Serve with a green salad or roasted vegetables to balance the richness of the dish.
